Piano - Music From Lost (Part 2)
76With the final season of LOST starting, I thought I should share my love for the musical score, composed by Michael Giacchino. With music auditions around the corner I couldn't really practice up the LOST music, so there's the odd mistake (and bad form :P).
This is the second of a set of LOST piano performances by me. It focuses on Locke's themes, including also the Life and Death theme, Jacob's theme, and a little quick iteration of the bomb theme.
The first section takes us back to the Season 1 days of hunter-Locke. Going chronologically in the show, what follows is the heartfelt but tragically pathetic Locke theme. Moving through the seasons, I return to the season 4 version of the hunter theme, which is a little more intense. However, if you follow the show you know what comes next, and so I move into the Life and Death theme. Finally, the creepily beautiful "Jacob's Theme" ends the performance.
Oh, and I just got my piano tuned a few days ago. Hooray!
