War Path is a level that is even smaller than the Battle Field. There are two different setups, one which puts both Onions within meters of each-other. (not seen here, unfortunately). When you are so close to your opponent, it is usually better to seek their marble for a quick win. The Yellow Marbles are usually placed out of the way, so going for them is not a priority here.

Here's a good example of why keeping your sprays for the important times is a good idea. You will have victories snatched away from you if you don't.
