Pikmin Smoky Progg, Repair Type Bolt, and Massage Machine
8We have arrived in The Distant Spring, and in this area is the most deadly enemy in the game, the Smoky Progg, any Pikmin caught in the smoke under and behind it will die. This enemy is only here on day 15 or earlier, otherwise it won't show up. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FIGHT IT TO BEAT THE GAME, but will be intensely irritating on the day it hatches if you don't deal with it. Wait for it to go under an onion and throw pikmin on it's face and you can get it in a loop of just trying to shake them off as they take it down.
Next we move onto getting the Repair Type Bolt, grab some Blues and toss them up on the ledge that leads to the bolt then guide them over there and have them carry it back to the ship.
While working on this we also set up Blues on rolling out a stick bridge on the other side of the water. Once the Bolt is at the Ship we can collect our blues and add them to the bridge effort, once the bridge is rolled out we take out the Bulbear and grab the Massage Machine.
In the same area as the massage machine are bomb rocks for the Yellow Pikmin to grab and use to start breaking down the reinforced walls near the landing site
