87In this Shelfside review, we cover Pilfering Pandas, a cooperative (also solo) set collection tabletop card game where you play cards to try to escape the zoo as pandas, all while being chased by the zookeeper! This board game has players working together, trying to clue each other in on what plays they have available, and being careful to manage hand resources and discards not only for other players to draw, but also to avoid helping the zookeeper pick up the pace. Teamwork and strategy are essential here, as this lighthearted game actually does have a lot of depth and nuance you and your friends will have to solve during game night. Every card played, every set matched, and every number counted are all bits and pieces of important information that players will have to keep track of if you're going to achieve the win condition!
