Pinball Game Sample -- Philips CD-i
0There's not much to say about this one... "Pinball" for the CD-i is incredibly dull, lazy, and terrible, and a mockery of a video pinball title. It lacks even remotely realistic ball physics (lacking friction, realistic guidance or any semblance of being affected by gravity) and even with four machines to choose from, the machine designs are really uninspired and simple (especially the level "Dogfight") and the flippers can sometimes go dead if you don't fulfill certain stage requirements (which is present in lieu of "tilting" on Dogfight). It doesn't have anything in the ways of "multi-balls", "pipes", "locks" or "bonus levels" either and is just a con of a game in general that only loosely captures the spirit of a real pinball machine. This is a video showing the game in action. Avoid it unless you're a completest.
