Pitfall II - Lost Caverns Atari 2600 Real Hardware 60fps Playthrough
0This is my first published playthrough using my capture method. This game is being played on a real Atari 2600 light sixer, captured through an I-O Data GV-USB2. No composite mods here, this is an RF signal converted into composite A/V through a VCR. When played back at 720p/60fps the video gives a reasonable representation of what I see on my TV screen.
I start out slow, making timing mistakes. When I finish the game, I am 751 points shy of earning the Activision Patch for this game. I am using an Atari CX-40 joystick, which isn't the most responsive controller ever made. When I recorded this, I could not hear the sound due to my setup. I may revisit this game at some point in the future, but for now I hope it will be a good example of my capturing methods.
