This is the fourth instalment of the development diaries which I'm releasing to cover the development of Pivotus, a minimalist, rotational arcade shooter I'm currently working on.

The main items I talk about are another pass of redesigning the levels (which you can see some of from the gameplay in the background), some of the new enemies I've added to the game (which you can see if you get far enough in there).

I also ask one question: What is the platform you'd most be interested in playing Pivotus on. Right now, I have Unity licensing for iOS, Android, Windows/Mac/Linux, as well as Windows Store (for Windows 8/RT) & Windows Phone.

As always, if you have the Unity browser plug-in installed, you can check out the latest build, which is the one I'm playing online. If you do, I'd certainly love to hear your feedback - whether that's as a comment here, or getting in touch via Twitter or the likes.

Check the build out at: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4774176/Pivotus/Alpha_06_20131111/Pivotus.html

Again, if you're interested in seeing other pieces of development, I tend to post screens, clips & other details most frequently on the @Pivotus Twitter account, or on my own (though there's more indie developer stuff there).

Finally, if you enjoy this - please consider subscribing, or following those accounts, or sharing this around. I'd certainly appreciate it :)
