A brief play (with commentary) of Uridium, originally developed by Graftgold & published by Hewson Consultants in 1986.

After playing Psycastria, and commenting on the similarities it had with this (and my disappointment in it), I though it'd be best to go and show this as well.

Even though it's relatively early in the C64's life-cycle, Uridium is a demonstration of how to make a perfect arcade-style blaster. From the incredibly clear graphics, the smooth scrolling, and the responsive controls, there's nothing bad I can say about this game.

Except for perhaps my skills at it ;)
