This Ness seemed decent, although lacking a bit of polish. Mainly uploading this to show the general power of Short Hop Forward Aerial and tomahawking as K. Rool.

King K. Rool is in fact a fastfaller, possessing the 19th fastest in the game (this is why running off the ledge with fastfall Forward Aerial kills you). This makes tomahawking a very viable strategy, especially with Forward Aerial's reasonably fast startup.

The thing is, King K. Rool's Forward Aerial is literally free advantage when used. It stays out for longer than most aerials, and the second it lands the opponent is being flung away. You can see that there's a lot of good situations that come from this.

In the Ness MU, short hopping over PK Fire is very viable and as you can see allows for some very nice hits to be sunk in. Oh, and I found a creative gimping method.
