The base is growing, but I still don't have all of the technology improvements I need and since I forgot to turn off landing permissions for colonist, a few more than desired were delivered. I don't know how to release some colonist that are excessive to current needs. Once personnel are delivered, I have to figure out a way to keep them busy without inviting another food shortage, or some other disaster. You would think the game had a way to send some of the members off planet before things got out of hand and many, or all of the specialist died. I guess the programmers didn't want to make the game too easy to master, or practical. The key to preventing disasters is learning the ratios that help keep personnel numbers in balance.
