Meg Gray, also known as Plant Fit Meg, has regained her health and lost 80 pounds since switching to a whole food plant-based diet and changing her lifestyle. She is an ovarian cancer survivor and also suffered with several chronic conditions for many years: severe asthma, endometriosis, and undiagnosed chronic pain and fatigue. She is off of all medications, and is enjoying the best health she has experienced in her entire life!
Meg shares her experiences on her website plantfitmeg.com, and on YouTube to give people hope and to show others that change is possible. She shares weight loss content, simple plant-based recipes, and healthy lifestyle tips to help others thrive living a healthy plant-based lifestyle!
Meg has completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. She is also a certified Healthy Weight Loss coach. Meg currently coaches clients 1:1 to support them in transitioning to a plant-based diet and/or lose weight with a plant-based diet and healthy lifestyle. She is also a certified group fitness and yoga instructor.
