Alien Vendetta is one of the must have megawads of 2002, being a massive team effort involving some of the best mappers of the time, all while running on doom2.exe without the need of source ports (although source ports will improve the experience). The only downside would be its outrageous difficulty level: this level pack is harder on Hurt Me Plenty than Plutonia Experiment would be on Ultra Violence, for starters. This WAD also got a music pack lately and we'll be using it, of course.

The time has finally come for me to try and conquer it on Ultra Violence. Wish me luck.

This is the end stretch! And I believe I have reached my limit when it comes to Doom WAD difficulty. These last levels were extremely hard and I didn't have much fun with the last few challenges of the WAD. I fully believe playing this on Hurt Me Plenty is a more fun experience in overall and that would be my personal way to recommend this level pack. Hope you still enjoyed the playthrough!
