Just as its predecessor, GTA VC played smoothly at 1080p. Even though my FPS remain between 15-23 for the most part, it felt very smooth and I never felt like it was stuttering at this resolution and if it ever did, I should be able to lower the resolution to 1600X900 or 720p and it should look just as good. Again, this one is definetely SurfaceProGaming Certified :).
