Played on MiSTer FPGA using the PSX beta core, default settings used (2 rounds to win, normal difficulty).

I can hopefully lower this to close to 2 minutes flat, but challenging the fastest time on Speedrun.com would take a lot of work. https://www.speedrun.com/tekken1#Arcade_Mode

The PSX beta core on the MiSTer FPGA device looks and feels great; it's so good and true to what I remember. The original Tekken game has a lot of nostalgia for me, although it looks really dated and cheesy now. Heihachi (the character I used) is amazingly good in this game, with easy 90% combos off of his Wind God Fist uppercut. I'm not too familiar with other characters quick-killing CPU strats in this game, so if you know of any others please let me know in the comments.
