During an interview with Tamil channel Thanthi TV, PM Modi spoke about what he likes the most about Tamil Nadu. PM Modi said, "Whenever we talk about Tamil Nadu we should not see it in parts rather we should see it as a whole. We never speak about a language that holds an ancient and rich history, i.e.Tamil language. I was firm about speaking in Tamil at the United Nations and wanted the world to know about this language."
