PMDG 737 Holding Tutorial by a Real 737 Pilot
956Holding! The most confusing part for any fledgling Instrument Pilot but thankfully in the 737-800 it’s easy because it does it all for you!
In this tutorial I will give you some basic information about holding procedures and how we can use the FMC in the PMDG NGX to program and execute a holding pattern. As we approach Stansted (EGSS) from the East we will enter the IAF for ILS 22 at ABBOT and enter the published hold prior to flying the approach. Entering the hold, I will show you all the information available in the FMC!
THIS TUTORIAL IS NOT TO BE USED FOR REAL WORLD FLIGHT TRAINING.
