Start with arms near sides, fingers and wrists extended and palms facing behind you. Rotate forearm into a supinated position as you flex fingers then wrists then arms as you cross them above / in front of your head. Then rotate forearms into pronation as you open fingers, extend wrists and extend arms back down to sides.
