Experimental code to render low-poly landscape mesh and high-poly visibly distant statics (no trees yet and no code yet to do low-poly distant statics). Not sure how to deal with the landscape mesh clipping the real terrain. View distance is set around 50000 which is about 12 cells. You can see the White Gold Tower just starting to fog-out at cell (12,1)
