I knew I didn't imagine seeing it.

To activate it, start a DEBUG game from the main test menu, and once on the map, press B + Start at the same time. Unfortunately, only the Warp and Heal options seem to function properly while everything else does nothing. Probably from the hack's unfinished nature.

Similar to how it functioned in the Spaceworld 97 demo, while in a DEBUG game you can hold the B button to walk through walls and see more about what the unfinished hack has to offer. You can even visit the Roardan in a cage with this feature, but once you do, well...
