This game is meant children so the arcade cabinet has a pretty simplistic design, a steering wheel is attached to it, an accel pedal and one button , press it makes you change car view in first person. it doesn't have a break pedal at all.
The racing game itself has only two racing tracks playable:

"Seaside Course", aka "Novice Route" of Ridge Racer Revolution.
"Mountain Course" aka the classic "Novice Route" of the series.

The steering wheel sensitivity is high, which makes turning more difficult that it is should be and since you can't break , the only way to control your car is to dose the accel pedal ,needless to say punishment for touching walls is minimum, you lose only a little bit of speed and that's it,same if you hit rivals.
The game has 4 Choro-Q cars to choose F/A Racing,White Angel,13th Racing Car and RT Nebulas Ray every car is 6-speed and max speed is 200 km/h.
If you hold the view button during the car selection screen, you can change models into their Ridge Racer one, but gameplay wise it changes nothing.
More than finshing first, the hardest goal to achieve is getting a really good time on both tracks,it could be challenging if you really want a low time score.
