Here comes VeitLand, the 8th track of Planet Of Death, situated in the Red Rocks Desert of the planet Io.

VeitLand looks like a doomed version of Pompeii, with sinuous roads, broken bridges... and glitched sky texture. However, there's a big difference between these two tracks : the difficulty. Trust me, VeitLand is a really challenging track.

The first left turn is technical, because of the mound just before. Enter too fast, and you'll oversteer and lose a lot of time. To prevent this, you've to slow down before the mound and accelerate just after.

Then, the broken bridge : a lot of people avoid it by taking the detour at the right side, because they think jumping over the bridge is impossible. In fact, it IS a shortcut. If you are enough fast and take the ramp correctly, you'll jump over the bridge and land on the other side. It's a difficult shortcut, but it's worth it.

Finally, the downhill chicanes. It's the best part to reach the top speed... and also to crash into every wall. Try to keep a constant speed, not too slow, not too fast, and anticipate every turn. Oh, and don't forget the right corner just after the start-finish line.

Yeah, lot of information to remember. Don't worry, I made captions for lap 2 to help you :)

Some words about the car stats : because of all those downhill and uphill turns, you must focus on the grip of your car. It must be at least 85-90, otherwise you'll oversteer a lot. However, top speed isn't an important thing, since you need to slow down in the fast sections anyway, I'd say 75-85 is a good range.

Setup : 100-0-91-30-79

Final time : 3'59"07

Lap record : 38"70

Enjoy !
