Notes:
My RNG Reporter 9.96.5 BETA told me that the initial PID was 60. I didn't want to fully agree on that and so my first attempt was to get the 31 IVs spread Cresselia and figure out the actual initial PID.
While the Reporter said I would be getting a Timid with 31 IVs if I didn't use a Synchronize Lead, I got a Rash nature Cresselia with 31 IVs instead. According to the reporter the PID was at 55.
After knowing my actual PID frame, I did another set of attempts of getting a Shiny 31 IVs Cresselia, this time verifying the seed by listening to the first set of Chatot cries.

I would know if I got the correct seed if Chatot's first 5 cries are at certain pitches

1 - HIGH
2 - HIGH
3 - MID-HIGH
4 - MID-HIGH
5 - LOW

*Hearing the first 5 cries advances the PID by 5*

If I hear all of those correctly, I know I got the right seed and then advance the PID even further by 93 to hit my target! Knowing this saves a lot of time as I can retry the attempt much earlier saving minutes per attempt.
