This is one of the longest segments in the run and only the first five minutes can be hard. The Youngster was a pain to dodge and I needed to catch a Pidove too. I decided to do this in the dark so a Dusk Ball would be effective. Both Plasma Grunts in the forest have several Patrats that could use Detect. I only allowed one to use it, but none did. I returned the skull too Lenora after a conversation with a Plasma Sage.
I went to the Skyarrow Bridge and didn't get the Quick Claw, because the Flame Charge speed boost is good enough. I entered Castelia City and I talked to Burgh and Iris about Bianca's stolen Munna. I found the Plasma Hideout and fought an easy battle against a Grunt. Ghetsis made another speech and gave the Munna back to Bianca. I entered the Castelia gym and saved after going through some honey.

Saved at 0:56 with a L22 Pignite.
