Cheren can be either hard or easy. It depends if he uses stat reducing moves or not. I used a Tackle, Tail Whip and a second Tackle on his Oshawott. Tail Whip was needed so it didn't use it's Oran Berry. Water Gun can be very painful, but Oshawott didn't use it here. Purrlion was a simple 2HKO with Tackle or Ember if it used Growl. I entered the gym and received a Fresh Water. Both trainers can be tricky, but they can and will use stat reducing moves on Tepig. I defeated both with minimal damage.

Saved at 0:20 with a L13 Tepig.
