Pryce was no trouble and Seel was a OHKO with Thunder Punch and Dewgong a 2HKO. I OHKO'd Piloswine with Fire Punch and I flew to Goldenrod City. Most of Pokémon of the required Rocket Grunts were easily OHKO'd. I had to be careful with which move I used so I would not have only moves left that couldn't OHKO a certain Pokemon. If a Pokémon barely survived, I used Quick Attack to finish it off.
The Executive on the top had five Koffing that were easily OHKO'd with Thunder Punch. The Weezing was no a OHKO with Fire Punch and I used Quick Attack to beat it. I got the Basement Key and I left the tower. I defeated the weak trainers in the Underground Path with Quick Attack to save PP. I saved before the rival, because it made a good checkpoint.

Saved at 1:50 with a L40 Typhlosion.
