I dodged all trainers on Routes 27 and 26 except for the Cooltrainer with Pikachu and Blastoise. I did that to gain just enough EXP to use my Rare Candies with the best effect. I fought the only required trainer and I entered Victory Road. I taught Typhlosion Earthquake and the rival was very easy with a X-Special. I quickly OHKO'd all his Pokémon with Thunder Punch and Fire Punch. I reached the Indigo Plateau and I bought more than enough Full Restores.

Saved at 2:29 with a L48 Typhlosion.
