It took me a while to memorize the dark room in Mt. Silver and it still didn't go perfectly. Red was very hard and I used three X-Specials. Pikachu used Charm and it paralysed Typhlosion with Thunder. If it's not at full health after it OHKO'd Pikachu, Espeon would have attacked with Psychic. It now used Relfect and I OHKO'd it with Flamethrower. Snorlax was a 2HKO and it could barely survive if it used Amnesia. Blastoise, Charizard and Venusaur were simple OHKO's with Flamethrower and Thunder Punch.
This run could be better, but the spinners made this very frustrating. Typhlosion was a good Pokémon after it got past Falkner and the rival battle in Azalea Town. Lance was also tough, but it doesn't need X-Speeds to outspeed several Pokémon.

Saved at 3:32 with a L66 Typhlosion.
