Pokemon Emerald Hardcore Nuzlocke using only eeveelutions

I believe that Eevee is one of the best Pokémon. Not necessarily because he's so strong, but because of his versatility. I mean, he can become espeon, umbreon, or some other less useful pokemon. In spite of this, eevee was not in Hoenn, which was a major design flaw IMO. So let's put him in the game and see if I can beat it as a hardcore Nuzlocke with only the eeveelutions.

Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1) Only Catch one Eeveelution after each gym
2) If A Pokémon Faints, I Cant Use Them
3) No Items In Battle
4) Set Mode
5) No Over Leveling
