Pokemon Gold Version - GBC playthrough part 57 (recorded 2023-09-16)
0This take was played on a RetroArch emulator with a PS5 controller.
I have a copy of the game for Game Boy Color but got a new gaming PC and wanted to test how well everything plays on it for convenience.
This is just a full playthrough with the game's audio only and no commentary.
My goal in this playthrough is to catch an unused copy of every Pokemon possible in the wild to back up in PkHex.
During this part I continued from the waters surrounding Whirl Islands with my Pokedex at 222 when I noticed the video in my last session had stopped recording properly. I continued catching Pokemon I needed to trade to Silver Version eventually when the time comes to complete the Pokedex for both Gold and Silver versions.
This is my last Gold Version video before starting Silver Version, as I had collected every Pokemon possible to find between only two copies of Gold Version. I saved in the Celadon City Pokemon Center with my Pokedex still at 222, ready to trade with Silver Version.
