I have arrived at Alabaster Icelands, which is in the northern part of Hisui, and it is a cold area with lots of snow. I then come across the clan leaders, and they request to find Gaeric, the warden of Avalugg, the Noble Pokémon of Alabaster Icelands, and I encounter a bunch of Ice-type Pokémon along the way.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

When you arrive at Alabaster Icelands, you will then find Irida and Adaman once again at conflict with each other, and believe that it is more about them than their clans. They request that you find Gaeric, the warden of the Noble Pokémon of Alabaster Icelands.
Alabaster Icelands has a bunch of Ice-type Pokémon, you can find Snorunt right away, which can be evolved into Glalie, or if you have a Dawn Stone, it can be used on a female Snorunt to evolve it into Froslass, you can find Glalie in the wild in Alabaster Icelands, and up the cliffs are Aipom.
The tunnel is Crevasse Passage, and you can find Bergmite, which evolve at Level 37, and Avalugg has a Hisuian Form, it is an Ice/Rock-type with very high Defense, despite having the worse defensive type combination. It can learn a move called Mountain Gale, which is a powerful Physical Ice-type move, and it does get moves like Rock Slide and Crunch, making it a solid Pokémon in terms of attacking.
The next area is Bonechill Wastes, and there are a bunch of Ice-type Pokémon there, you can find Swinub and Buneary, and there is a rare chance of finding Lopunny, and for other Pokémon, you can find Snover, Abomasnow, Glalie, Piloswine, and many others, and very rarely you can find Froslass at night. The good thing about the Piloswine is that you can evolve it into Mamoswine right away, as it will have Ancient Power when caught. The Drifloon and Gastly lines spawn at night, and you can find an Alpha Glalie and an Alpha Abomasnow, and around the area is an Alpha Swinub, this is a rare example of a Pokémon that is in its base form being a guaranteed Alpha Pokémon, you can find an Alpha Piloswine and an Alpha Mamoswine in Alabaster Icelands as well.
Where you have to go to is Avalugg's Legacy, which is where Gaeric is at, and he will challenge you to battle, he uses a Glalie and a Froslass, prepare a Fire-type for that fight, Rock and Steel are good types to bring as well. After beating Gaeric, you then learn that you cannot climb up to get the Eternal Ice, not even with Sneasler, so you need Braviary in order to get to the top, and Sabi is the warden of Braviary.
For Pokémon you can encounter at Avalugg's Legacy, most of them being Bergmite, but you can find Avalugg in the wild, it is rarer than Bergmite, you can also find Swinub, Glalie, and Bibarel, and flying above the water is Rufflet, but you can find Rufflet more easier later on, and Braviary does have a Hisuian Form, it is a Psychic/Flying-type, I will go more into Braviary in the next part, but it does have a cool looking Hisuian Form, Braviary is one of my favourite Flying-type Pokémon.
There are some holes you can fall into, and you can find Gastly, Misdreavus, and Bergmite, and there is a new encounter, and it is Hisuian Zorua, it is a Normal/Ghost-type that evolves into Hisuian Zoroark, it learns a new move called Bitter Malice, which has a chance of inflicting frostbite, which is like burn, but it reduces the opponent's Special Attack when inflicted, and its power doubles when the foe has a status condition, Hisuian Zoroark is one of my favourite new Pokémon in this game, if Hisuian Forms count as new Pokémon, and there is a rare chance of encountering Zoroark in the wild.
One thing you will want to do is talk to Brice and open up a new camp, you have to find Craig, and then return back, and after that, Brice has another quest where you have to give him a Fire-type Pokémon, you can find Rapidash in Space-Time Distortions in Alabaster Icelands, and for Space-Time Distortions, you can encounter Scizor as the exclusive Pokémon.
For other encounters around Arena's Approach, you can find Gligar, Electabuzz, and Dusclops, this place has an Alpha Piloswine, and you can find Elekid more easily here. After going through the cave is Icefound Falls, and you can find Riolu and its evolved form Lucario, as well as Elekid and Electabuzz, and you can find an Alpha Electabuzz and an Alpha Lucario there. Then we have Avalanche Slopes, where you can find the Aipom, Chansey, Swinub, and Gible lines, you can encounter Lickitung, and rarely, Lickilicky, there. The Blissey there is good experience, that is a good grinding spot, and around the area is an Alpha Garchomp, which is the highest level wild Pokémon in the game, it is at Level 85. There is Ice Column Chamber, which is another underground area, and that one has an Alpha Froslass, you can encounter Bergmite and Misdreavus there.
