Here is a Gen 4 Pokémon for this week, and it is Stunky, a Poison/Dark-type introduced in Gen 4. I breed for 31 IVs in at least 4 or 5 stats, and I went with Aftermath for the Ability, I didn't go for Keen Eye, even if is a good Ability to have in Double Battles for blocking Intimidate, I decided to go with Aftermath, and Stunky's evolved form Skuntank isn't that commonly used in online battles, or even in competitive battles. I went with Adamant for the Nature, it can work with Careful, but I found that Adamant was the better Nature to go with.
For Egg Moves, Stunky can get Astonish, Double-Edge, Haze, Leer, Slash, and Smog, I went with Double-Edge, Haze, Leer, and Slash, as I found them to be the best ones out of the moves Stunky can learn, I will list which parents in the Field Egg Group that can learn those moves.
Astonish: Diglett, A-Diglett, Dugtrio, A-Dugtrio, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Whismur, Loudred, Exploud, Mawile, Wailmer, Wailord
Double-Edge: Tauros, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Dunsparce, Zigzagoon, G-Zigzagoon, Linoone, G-Linoone, Hippopotas, Hippowdon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Sylveon, Stufful, Bewear, Passimian, Scorbunny, Raboot, Cinderace, Wooloo, Dubwool, Obstagoon
Haze: Vaporeon, Wooper, Quagsire
Leer: Nidoran♂, Nidorino, Nidoking, Growlithe, Arcanine, Farfetch'd, G-Farfetch'd, Sneasel, G-Zigzagoon, G-Linoone, Electrike, Manectric, Absol, Shinx, Luxio, Luxray, Weavile, Lillipup, Herdier, Stoutland, Sandile, Krokorok, Krookodile, Scraggy, Scrafty, Zorua, Zoroark, Bouffalant, Bunnelby, Diggersby, Pancham, Pangoro, Espurr, Meowstic, Rockruff, Lycanroc, Stufful, Bewear, Passimian, Obstagoon, Sirfetch'd, Morpeko
Slash: Sandshrew, A-Sandshrew, Sandslash, A-Sandslash, Diglett, Dugtrio, Meowth, G-Meowth, Persian, Farfetch'd, Sneasel, Torchic, Combusken, Blaziken, Linoone, Absol, Weavile, Cubchoo, Beartic, Heatmor, Pancham, Pangoro, Perrserker
Smog: Flareon, Torkoal

That is a lot of Pokémon that can learn most of the moves in Stunky's Egg Group, and in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, it learns Crunch, Foul Play, Scary Face, and Play Rough as Egg Moves, and I would recommend Crunch, Play Rough, Foul Play, and Haze when breeding Stunky in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.
Going over its level up moves, Stunky learns Poison Gas, Scratch, Feint, Smokescreen, Acid Spray, Fury Swipes, Focus Energy, Bite, Venoshock, Screech, Toxic, Sucker Punch, Memento, Night Slash, Belch, Venom Drench, and Explosion. It evolves into Skuntank at Level 34, and it learns Flamethrower upon evolution, although Stunky can learn Flamethrower through TR.
Then for TMs and TRs, and I will be going over what Skuntank can learn, starting with TMs, it can learn Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Fire Spin, Dig, Thief, Scary Face, Swift, Payback, Assurance, Shadow Claw, Hex, Tail Slap, and Snarl, and for TRs, it can learn Fire Blast, Sludge Bomb, Iron Tail, Crunch, Shadow Ball, Taunt, Poison Jab, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Foul Play, Play Rough, and Throat Chop, and it learns Burning Jealousy, Corrosive Gas, and Lash Out for Tutor moves. In Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, it can learn Roar, Torment, and Defog in those games.
As with online battles, Skuntank does an interesting type combo of Poison/Dark, and it has good HP and a decent Attack stat, allowing it to use moves like Poison Jab, Sucker Punch, and Crunch, but it faces competition with better Pokémon. It can go with a Special Attacking set with Nasty Plot, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, and Flamethrower, and that is about all I can go over, I have never competitively trained a Skuntank in any Pokémon game, so I don't know much about its competitive viability, I do remember it is a low-tier Pokémon, and in Generations 4 to 7, it did have access to Pursuit which it would to stop any Psychic-type Pokémon that tried to switch out.
Skuntank isn't commonly used in Double Battles, and if you are wondering about Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, it does at least learn Defog, which is a nice move, and it can make use of the Toxic and Venoshock combo, there's not much else to go over, as this is a Pokémon that is rarely ever used in online battles, and I have not trained one competitively, but it's at least a decent Pokémon if you know how to use one.
