100 Trainers defeated, and about 50 or more remain, and once again, I recommend being at Level 70 or higher and good AV investment in stats that you will need for those fights.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Electrode, Exeggcute, Exeggutor, Cubone, Marowak, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Lickitung, Koffing, Weezing
Electrode Trainer - Scientist Elton
Electrode - Level 75
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 50 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 248 HP, 303 Attack, 99 Defense, 125 Special Attack, 362 Special Defense, 333 Speed
Moves: Screech, Headbutt, Light Screen
Location: Route 17
This is a fight in which using Foul Play can give you an easy win, because it will take about two hits from Foul Play to defeat the opposing Electrode.

Exeggcute Trainer - Lass Summer
Exeggcute - Level 70
Nature: Brave
AVs: 100 HP, 50 Attack, 120 Special Defense
Stats: 285 HP, 140 Attack, 138 Defense, 110 Special Attack, 209 Special Defense, 54 Speed
Moves: Sludge Bomb, Facade
Location: Route 24
Your best shot is to keep using Sludge Bomb, and you will need some good investment in both Special Attack and Special Defense to handle the opposing Exeggcute's Sludge Bomb.

Exeggutor Trainer - Lass Cindy
Exeggutor - Level 75
Nature: Modest
AVs: 200 HP, 150 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 450 HP, 132 Attack, 155 Defense, 386 Special Attack, 240 Special Defense, 110 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Solar Beam, Hyper Beam
Location: Cinnabar Island
As for which Exeggutor to use, the Alolan Exeggutor has access to Flamethrower, and its Dragon-type gives it a 4x resistance to Solar Beam, otherwise Substitute, Toxic and Protect are your best options.

Cubone Trainer - Hiker Richter
Cubone - Level 70
Nature: Lax
AVs: 80 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 171 HP, 176 Attack, 374 Defense, 61 Special Attack, 67 Special Defense, 75 Speed
Moves: Bonemerang, Growl
Location: Route 8
A good advantage to this fight is that Cubone can learn Ice Beam, and this should do a good amount of damage.

Marowak Trainer - Hiker Julius
Marowak - Level 75
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 100 HP, 200 Attack, 120 Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 298 HP, 362 Attack, 313 Defense, 72 Special Attack, 125 Special Defense, 295 Speed
Moves: Swords Dance, Double-Edge, Fire Punch
Location: Lavender Town
Because of the opposing Marowak's moveset, the Alolan Marowak is highly recommended, as it resists Fire Punch and is immune to Double-Edge, otherwise Toxic and Substitute to stall it out.

Hitmonlee Trainer - Black Belt Cheng
Hitmonlee - Level 75
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 80 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 263 HP, 428 Attack, 307 Defense, 51 Special Attack, 170 Special Defense, 238 Speed
Moves: High Jump Kick, Feint
Location: Saffron City
I feel like the Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan Master Trainers should of have been named Bruce and Jackie, as a reference to the martial artists they are named after, but anyway, the opposing Hitmonlee's High Jump Kick is very dangerous, so I highly recommend Protect, but it can also use Feint to break through Protect.

Hitmonchan Trainer - Black Belt Wong
Hitmonchan - Level 75
Nature: Impish
AVs: 150 HP, 120 Attack, 150 Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 333 HP, 305 Attack, 310 Defense, 51 Special Attack, 170 Special Defense, 292 Speed
Moves: Bulk Up, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch
Location: Saffron City
You will need Toxic for this fight, because if the opposing Hitmonchan keeps using Bulk Up, it will be tough to break through, Seismic Toss is not a bad option.

Lickitung Trainer - Youngster Cid
Lickitung - Level 70
Nature: Calm
AVs: 200 HP, 50 Defense, 120 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 427 HP, 73 Attack, 181 Defense, 230 Special Attack, 344 Special Defense, 147 Speed
Moves: Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Disable
Location: Route 16
I have heard that the Lickitung Master Trainer can be beaten with a newly caught Lickitung, but it is based on luck, as the opposing Lickitung has 110 base power moves with 70% Accuracy, or 85% for Fire Blast, so Toxic, Substitute, and Protect are all you will need for this, and a move of your choice.

Koffing Trainer - Scientist Albert
Koffing - Level 70
Nature: Modest
AVs: 100 HP, 50 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense
Stats: 257 HP, 86 Attack, 138 Defense, 171 Special Attack, 209 Special Defense, 75 Speed
Moves: Shadow Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Protect
Location: Route 17
Start with Substitute, and use either Shadow Ball, Flamethrower or Thunderbolt, as those are good options for Koffing. Will-O-Wisp is not a bad option either.

Weezing Trainer - Scientist Donnie
Weezing - Level 75
Nature: Modest
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense
Stats: 405 HP, 126 Attack, 185 Defense, 370 Special Attack, 253 Special Defense, 118 Speed
Moves: Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Taunt
Location: Rocket Hideout
One advantage to this fight is that Weezing can learn Psybeam, so if you have Psybeam, this is your best move for this fight, and since the opposing Weezing has Taunt, I would start with Substitute on turn 1.
