For an extra challenge I am deciding to play through the entire game while only using Pikachu to defeat all other Pokémon. My goal is to reach and defeat the Elite Four and the Champion with only Pikachu. I also have no real knowledge of this game so it will be a blind playthrough as well. Here are the rules.

-I am only allowed to use Pikachu in battles. (No switching Pokémon at any time)
-If Pikachu were to faint I must immediately lose that battle and try that battle from the beginning again. (No revives)
-I will only catch Pokémon that are required to beat the game.
-All items except revives and max revives are allowed.
