We have finally arrived at Fuchsia City, which is home to a new area that replaced the Safari Zone from the original games. That new place is called the Pokémon GO Park, and you can connect Pokémon GO with Pokémon Let's Go to send Pokémon over to the GO Park.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

While grinding for berries on Route 17, I caught three Eevee offscreen, and decided to evolve them into Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon to register them into the Pokédex. To those wondering why I didn't evolve Growlithe with the Fire Stone, that is because Growlithe is one level away from learning Flare Blitz, and I am waiting till I learn that move, because if I evolved Growlithe much earlier, I would miss out on Flare Blitz, and it is a great move to have if you can keep it as a Growlithe till that point.
In Fuchsia City, there is a guy with the Lapras who will teach you the Secret Technique of Sea Skim, so you can backtrack to earlier routes and catch some Water-type Pokémon. Interesting fact is that if you have a Lapras or Gyarados while using Sea Skim, you can ride on them.
I will go over each Water-type Pokémon right now, Poliwag can be found on Routes 22, 23 and 25. It is found at a low level on Route 22, and on Route 23, it can be obtained from Level 41 to 46, so it can be caught at a high level, but you will need the Rainbow Badge to access that point of Route 23. There is a 10% encounter with Poliwhirl, its evolved form. It will have Low Kick, Body Slam and Hydro Pump as a Poliwag, but when caught as a Poliwhirl, it will not have Hydro Pump until Level 48. With the Water Stone, you can evolve Poliwhirl into Poliwrath, and it will learn Submission, but I recommend teaching it Brick Break through TM. Poliwrath has good Attack and Defense and well rounded stats. It is more of a Physical attacker that can use moves like Waterfall, Brick Break and Ice Punch, if you want to use a Poliwrath, I recommend catching a Poliwag or Poliwhirl on Route 23.
On Route 6 through Sea Skim, you can encounter Goldeen and its evolved form Seaking. I do not recommend using that Pokémon, outclassed by Gyarados and many other Water-type Pokémon, and they are obtained at a low level, so training it up is not worth it. Seaking's only good stat is Attack, the rest are not that great, and its only good Physical moves are Waterfall, Megahorn, Poison Jab and Drill Run, so don't bother using one on your team, it's just Pokédex filler.
There are some new partner moves in Fuchsia City's Pokémon Center, Pikachu can learn Splishy Splash, a 90 Power Special Water-type move that hits both opponents and has a chance of inflicting paralysis, and gives Pikachu type coverage against Rock and Ground-type Pokémon.
Eevee can learn three new moves, first up is Freezy Frost, a Special Ice-type move that eliminates all stat changes of every Pokémon in the field, so it's like Haze. Sappy Seed is a Physical Grass-type move that drains the targets HP every turn, so it is like Leech Seed, and Sparkly Swirl, a Special Fairy-type move that heals all status conditions in the user's party, so it is like Aromatherapy. All those moves are 90 Base Power, and are the reason why the partner Eevee is the most versatile Pokémon in all of Let's Go.
Next up is the GO Park, which replaces the Safari Zone, and in it, you can send Pokémon over from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Let's Go, and you can catch the Pokémon there. The GO Park will get its own video in the next part, and when you send over Pokémon for the first time, you will get a Mystery Box in Pokémon GO, where you can catch a very special Pokémon, which will be in the next video. Where the Pokémon are, like Kangaskhan, Chansey, Voltorb and a few others are, Omanyte or Kabuto depend on which Fossil is picked, so had I picked the Helix Fossil, then Kabuto will be there instead of Omanyte.
To those wondering about my Pokémon GO user name, RJD2048 is just some randomly made up name where I used some random letters and numbers, and I am from the UK, but I am not going to give away my address or personal information.
