Time for the second half of the long route from Lavender Town to Fuchsia City, and there are some Punk Guys and Bird Keepers on the last few routes. The Trainers use some late 30s to Level 40 Pokémon, which give some good experience.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

Route 14 isn't much as there are some Punk Guys and a Roughneck on the way to the grass, and some Bird Keeprs to battle with, and Route 15 has some Trainers before Fuchsia City. There are some interesting encounters on those routes.
First up is Tauros, which is a 5% encounter, back in the days of Red & Blue, Tauros was known as "The King of Competitve Battling", but over the years, he got dethroned due to power creep. This is not competitive battling, so Tauros is a strong Normal-type to add to your team. It has high Attack and Speed, balanced Defenses, but terrible Special Attack. It comes with Take Down when caught, but it should be taught Headbutt through TM for a good Normal-type move. It learns Thrash at Level 42, Double-Edge at Level 46, and Outrage at Level 50. Tauros learns a wide variety of TMs, like Earthquake, Rock Slide and Iron Tail. If you are looking for a Normal-type that hits hard and fast, Tauros is the Pokémon for you. You can also ride Tauros, and that increases your movement speed.
Next up is Scyther and Pinsir, both are version exclusive and are a 1% encounter on Route 14 and 15. First up is Scyther, which exclusive to Let's Go, Pikachu! Scyther has high Speed and Attack, so it will strike first in battle. Wing Attack is unfortunately its best Flying-type move, because Air Slash at Level 38 is a Special move, and Scyther is not a Special Attacker. It learns Swords Dance at Level 44, and for TMs, teaching it U-turn and X-Scissor are great options for Scyther. It can also use Brick Break and Roost, which are helpful moves. Scyther is one of the best Bug-type options in the game, if you do manage to find Scyther, it is worth adding to your team.
Pinsir is the version exclusive to Let's Go, Eevee! It has high Attack and solid Defense, and comes with X-Scissor and Swords Dance when caught, and can be taught Brick Break through TM. Pinsir will learn Superpower at Level 44 for a strong Fighting-type move. For TMs, it can get Rock Slide and Earthquake. With high Attack and decent Speed, if you can find a Pinsir, that will make a great team member if you are in need of a Bug-type.
You can encounter wild Venomoth on Route 14 and 15, and I already went over Venonat way back on Route 24, but you can get Venomoth to save having to train it up from a Venonat way back. Venomoth is one of two Quiver Dance users in the game, the other being Butterfree, and Quiver Dance is a great move in competitive, and Venomoth is the best option in the game when it comes to that move, combined with Sleep Powder.
On Route 15, there are two TMs, one is Fire Punch obtained from a Coach Trainer and can be taught to Charizard, Golem, Primeape, Machamp and a few others. You can also get the TM for Surf, a great Water-type move for Pokémon like Vaporeon, Blastoise and Tentacruel, you can even teach that move to Nidoking or Nidoqueen if you are using one of them.
If you have registered 50 Pokémon in your Pokédex, you will get the Assistant outfit from one of Professor Oak's Assistants, in the original games, this was where you can get the Exp. Share, or Exp. All in Red & Blue.
