I am almost done with Silph Co., as there is still the last few floors, and then the battle with Giovanni, but first I will have to take on Jessie and James before taking on the boss of Team Rocket. The last few battles do have higher level Pokémon, but it shouldn't be too hard to deal with.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

I didn't like how they removed Blue saying you are ready for Boss Rocket, because that was a good quote back in the day, I think that is because Blue is not your rival in Let's Go, instead Trace and Archer will be in that room, and I did already fight Blue as soon as entering Silph Co.
On floor 10, you can pick up the Flamethrower TM, that can be taught to Charizard or Flareon so they won't have to put up with Ember until now. It can also be a nice coverage move on Clefable, Weezing, Nidoking, Slowbro and a few others, even Alolan Exeggutor can learn Flamethrower for some reason.
After that, I have to fight Jessie and James yet again, and both Arbok and Weezing have full movesets, Arbok has Glare, Poison Jab, Crunch and Rock Slide, and Weezing has Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower and Thunderbolt, this is a much tougher fight than before, but you should be able to defeat them with a good Ground or Psychic attack.
Next up is Boss Rocket himself, Giovanni. He has three Pokémon, Persian has Slash, Feint, Fake Out and Play Rough, which can cover its weakness to Fighting-types, Rhyhorn has Take Down, Drill Run, Megahorn and Rock Throw, but Grass and Water-types will make quick work out of it. His new addition, Nidoqueen has Body Slam and Crunch, it only has two moves, but Crunch does cover its Psychic weakness well, but Water and Ground-type moves should be able to handle Nidoqueen.
After beating Giovanni and freeing Silph from Team Rocket, the music changes back to the Saffron City theme, which is a nice change, because in the original games, the music for Silph Co. still plays even after saving it from Team Rocket. The President will give me a Master Ball, which is the ultimate Poké Ball that will catch any Pokémon without fail, but I would save it for a certain Pokémon very later in the game.
In Saffron City, there is the Porygon guy who will give me a Level 34 Porygon, which is just to fill up the Pokédex, it's not going to be a great battler. You also get a Police Outfit from Officer Jenny, which for some reason her name is never mentioned in the game, it's just police officer, even though that is clearly Officer Jenny from the Anime, same goes with Nurse Joy in the Pokémon Center.
