Now that we know who the human from the Ninetales Legend is at long last, the next place is Murky Cave, which is where Gardevoir's physical form is sealed away, and Gengar will be coming along with us to Murky Cave, which is filled with Water-type Pokémon, and there are some unusually strong Pokémon in that dungeon as well.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is time to go to Murky Cave along with Gengar, and this dungeon has 20 floors, only 19 can be explored, and at the end is where we can unseal Gardevoir's physical form. Gengar will only tag along if we go to Murky Cave.
In the original games, Murky Cave contained Poison-type Pokémon, but in the remakes, it is filled with Water-type Pokémon, but there are some very unusual Pokémon that don't fit in with the theme, but are very powerful opponents.
The following Pokémon you can encounter include Poliwag, Goldeen, Mudkip, Lotad, Barboach, Surskit, Wooper, Castform, Typhlosion, Squirtle, Magikarp, Poliwhirl, Corphish, Masquerain, Poliwrath, Espeon, Marshtomp, Lombre, and Whiscash. This dungeon has almost the same encounters as Waterfall Pond, the Water-types there can have some different Water-type moves like Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, and a few others, and Whiscash can use Magnitude, and Masquerain is a Pokémon to watch out for as it can use Ominous Wind and Quiver Dance.
Now for the unusual choices of Pokémon, it is strange to find a Typhlosion in a dungeon that is filled with Water-type Pokémon, but it does have some powerful moves, its Eruption can hurt if Typhlosion is at full health, and it can use some other Fire-type moves like Flame Charge and Flame Wheel, and Espeon is a strange Pokémon to also find in this dungeon, it can use Psybeam to hit from a long range, and it can use Future Sight to get in some heavy damage, so I would try to defeat Espeon quickly, or step away before it attacks.
In future visits to Murky Cave, there is a strong foe, and out of all the Pokémon, it is Hoothoot, but at least you can find Shiny Hoothoot in Murky Cave. Hoothoot can use the Hypnosis and Dream Eater combo, and it does have a good amount of health, and it can use Roost to restore it if it takes a lot of damage. Hoothoot can use Reflect to try to lower the damage from any Physical attacks, so if you did bring a Pokémon with Brick Break, you can use that to get through the Reflect, it can be a tough opponent to take down, and if you have a Friend Bow, you should be able to recruit a Shiny Hoothoot, and do note that Shiny Noctowl was available back at Lapis Cave, so to have Hoothoot be the strong foe of Murky Cave does mean you can get Shiny variants of the full evolution line, this is one of few Pokémon where you can get Shiny forms for the evolution family.
Once we get to the end of the dungeon, we should be able to insert the 9-Tail Crest into the dais, and we get put into a trial where we have to answer some questions which will allow us to lift the curse, and after that, we go through some dialogue, and we are able to unseal Gardevoir, so we are able to break the curse, as Gengar realised what is was that he lacked, and that was what prevented the curse from being broken.
Then we return back to the base, and Gengar will award us with a Mobile Scarf, this item allows you to travel through walls, a trait that only Ghost-type Pokémon have, and then you can recruit Gardevoir to the team. In the original games, Gardevoir was at Level 5, but in this game, she is at Level 50, and she can learn some nice moves like Psychic, Moonblast, Disarming Voice, Draining Kiss, and Magical Leaf, and she does have good support moves like Healing Wish, Calm Mind, Heal Pulse, and Imprison. Gardevoir does learn a wide variety of TMs, like Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt, and Psyshock for attack options, and for defensive moves, she can learn Reflect and Light Screen, so Gardevoir can work as an attacker or supporter, but for Tutor moves, she can get Signal Beam, Icy Wind, Zen Headbutt, and the Elemental Punches, but she does get some nice support moves like Heal Bell, Magic Coat, Snatch, Helping Hand, Telekinesis, Ally Switch, and Laser Focus, so those are some great moves you can give to her, and even better, Gardevoir can Mega Evolve if you give her an Empowerment Seed, and if you teach her Hyper Voice through the Tutor, her Pixilate will turn any Normal-type moves she knows into Fairy-type moves, so this is a Pokémon that can perform many different tasks, and you can go for whether you want a supporter or an attacker.
