We get a request from Jumpluff, and the next dungeon is Silent Chasm, where we have to rescue Jumpluff's friend, and that Shiftry has not returned since accepting the request, and that we must enter Silent Chasm to find the other Jumpluff.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Silent Chasm is the next dungeon, as this is where Jumpluff's friend is at, and Shiftry hasn't returned, so we will see what has happened with them.
This dungeon has 9 floors and it mostly has Bug and Poison-type Pokémon, so if you have recruited any Flying or Psychic-type Pokémon, those can help you out. These are the Pokémon you can find in this dungeon, Weedle, Teddiursa, Yanma, Farfetch'd, Dustox, Gloom, Houndour, Spinarak, Poliwag, Paras, Trapinch, and Beedrill. Some of the Pokémon can be tough to fight against, but if you have a good type advantage, you should be able to get through most of it.
If you thought Weedle was going to be an easy opponent, its Bug Bite can be very disruptive, as it can eat any of your food items, even Reviver Seeds. Yanma can use Double Team to boost its evasiveness, so it can be very tricky to hit if it keeps it up. Teddiursa has Fury Swipes, and if it ever uses Leer before then, that will deal a lot of damage, as Fury Swipes is overpowered in this game. Farfetch'd can be a very threatening Pokémon, while it does have Fury Attack, it can know Brave Bird, and that is a dangerous move if you have anything weak to Flying-type moves. Gloom can use powder moves to inflict status conditions, and its Absorb and Acid can hurt if it uses Growth. Dustox is a tricky foe, it has Confusion and Gust for damage, and it does have more health than most of the other Pokémon in this dungeon. Houndour can use moves like Ember and Smog, and those can inflict status conditions, Poliwag has Water Gun and Bubble for ranged options, so it is best to keep any Fire-type Pokémon away from it, and it can use Hypnosis. Spinarak can use Infestation to trap you in place, so you will not be able to move, and Infestation can deal damage over time, it also knows Absorb and Poison Sting. Trapinch can use Bulldoze and Mud-Slap, and if it uses Bide, try to defeat it quickly. Paras can use Stun Spore and Poison Powder, but if it has Dry Skin, any Fire-type move can easily take it out, and last up is Beedrill, this thing is the most powerful Pokémon in this dungeon, it can use Twineedle and Fury Attack, and they are very deadly moves, so if you come in under-levelled, Beedrill can easily take out one of your Pokémon. Some of them can make good team members if you can recruit them, and you can also find fainted Pokémon in this dungeon, which will join your team if you have any Apples to give them.
You will also start finding Kecleon Shops in dungeons, where you can buy items from them, but if you take an item without paying, prepare to get swarmed by a large number of super powerful Kecleon, because they are at a very high level, and they can easily one-shot anything at this point in the game, so try to not steal from Kecleon, or you are in for a beating.
At the end of the dungeon is where the other Jumpluff is waiting, and Shiftry is also at the end, and we encounter a very powerful Pokémon, and if we want to save Shiftry, we must get to Mt. Thunder. Then Team ACT show up and tell us to prepare, as we are about to fight a very powerful Pokémon, and the next dungeon is going to be very challenging.
If you revisit Silent Chasm, you can encounter another strong foe, this one is Metagross, and this is a very powerful opponent, Metagross can use some devastating attacks, like Psychic, Meteor Mash, Hammer Arm, Bullet Punch, and Zen Headbutt, and it can use Magnet Rise to give it an immunity to Ground-type moves. As a Steel-type, Metagross is very resilient, so it is best to come prepared if you encounter one, and there is a chance of finding a Shiny Metagross in Silent Chasm.
