The next opponent is Koga, and he goes with Voltorb, next is Sabrina, she goes with Hypno, after that is Blaine, and his pick is Charmeleon. For the last three opponents on Easy Mode and their picks on Normal Mode, Tracey chooses Venonat, Team Rocket use Arbok, and the final opponent on Easy Mode, but not the final opponent in Normal Mode, is Giovanni, and he uses Sandslash.
Giovanni is not the final opponent on Normal difficulty, there are three more opponents, and they give you an Elite Medal when you beat them. The first opponent is Ritchie, a character from the Pokémon Anime who kind of looks like Ash, don't know if he is also based on Red from the main series Pokémon games, but anyway, Ritchie's three Pokémon have nicknames, his Pikachu is named Sparky, his Charmander is named Zippo, and his Butterfree is named Happy, and on Normal, he picks Zippo the Charmander. After that is the Elite Four, first up is Lorelei, also known as Prima, but she is referred to as Lorelei in this game, her team is Cloyster, Poliwhirl, and Dewgong, and she picks Poliwhirl when against her on Normal, and that was a Pokémon she never owned in the games and in the Anime, Lorelei only appeared in one episode in the Orange Islands, and it never appeared in Pokémon TV and on other streaming services because the episode featured a Jynx, which used its original design in that episode.
Next up is Bruno, the Fighting-type user of the Elite Four, his team is Onix, Hitmonchan, and Primeape, and he is a character that only appeared in one episode, and it was at some point before the Pokémon League. Bruno did not own Primeape in the games, well other than Pokémon Stadium 2, don't know why he doesn't use it in the main series games, and on Normal, he uses Hitmonchan. Bruno is the final opponent on Normal difficulty, and you might be wondering why only Lorelei and Bruno, this is because this game is based around the original series, including the Orange Islands, and neither Agatha or Lance had appeared in the Anime at the time, Lance would not appear until Johto, and Agatha would not appear in the Anime until right after the Hoenn League.
