I go through All-Star Mode with Sheik in this video, and she is one character that has a rough time with All-Star Mode, while you do deal increased damage to opponents, Sheik doesn't have the best KO options for moves, the best she has is her up smash, her down special can be a good KO option, but it's not easy to put to work. but you do take less damage and knockback from your opponent's attacks, the only thing you have to watch out for are stage hazards.
As with Sheik's Alt. Trophies, the 3DS version uses her 6th alternate costume, that is the black costume, while her 8th alternate costume is used for her Wii U Alt. Trophy, this one uses white and red for different colours.
I will go over All-Star Mode and which characters you fight against.
Round 1 (2015-2007): Corrin, Greninja, Lucina, Robin, Dark Pit, Shulk, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina & Luma
Round 2 (2006-2001): Lucario, Lucas, Ike, Zero Suit Samus, Toon Link, Bowser Jr., Roy, Olimar, Villager
Round 3 (1998-1994): Ganondorf, Sheik, Cloud, Jigglypuff, Charizard, Pikachu, Mewtwo, Diddy Kong, Ness
Round 4 (1993-1991): Meta Knight, Falco, Fox, Wario, King Dedede, Kirby, Sonic
Round 5 (1990-1986): Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Mega Man, Ryu, Palutena, Pit
Round 6 (1986-1984): Samus, Zelda, Link, Bowser, Peach, R.O.B., Duck Hunt Duo
Round 7 (1984-1980): Little Mac, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, Pac-Man, Mr. Game & Watch

As Sheik made her debut in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, along with Ganondorf, you fight her along with characters that debuted in 1998-1994. In the 3DS version, the following stages you fight them on are Spirit Train, Unova Pokémon League, Magicant, or Midgar, and on the Wii U version, the stages are Kongo Jungle 64, Bridge of Eldin, Pokémon Stadium 2, Onett, or Midgar are the stages that can appear, not sure why Spirit Train over Gerudo Valley in the 3DS version, because Geurdo Valley makes more sense as that stage did originate from Ocarina of Time, but that would leave Link and Zelda without a stage from their series, as Hyrule Castle was not in the base game, and there were only two stages from the series in the base game.
Going over Sheik's Final Smash Trophy, she is shown firing her Light Arrow downward, and that is the same pose used for her Brawl Final Smash Trophy, and in the description for Sheik's Light Arrow, it ignores shields, making it one of the most powerful Final Smash moves in the game.
