Here is Challenge Cup Ultra Ball, the Pokémon are at Level 60, and this one has mostly evolved Pokémon and some single stage Pokémon that have good stats, usually those that have a base stat total around 400 to 500. The moves and items you receive on the Pokémon, as well as the Pokémon you have on the team, are random, sometimes you can get good moves and sometimes you can get a move with low base power.
List of Pokémon that can be used in Challenge Cup Ultra Ball.
Charmeleon, Pidgeot, Raticate, Fearow, Arbok, Raichu, Sandslash, Clefable, Wigglytuff, Golbat, Vileplume, Parasect, Venomoth, Dugtrio, Persian, Kadabra, Ponyta, Slowbro, Magneton, Dewgong, Haunter, Hypno, Kingler, Marowak, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Weezing, Chansey, Tangela, Seadra, Seaking, Mr. Mime, Dragonair, Quilava, Furret, Noctowl, Lanturn, Bellossom, Sudowoodo, Jumpluff, Sunflora, Quagsire, Murkrow, Slowking, Misdreavus, Girafarig, Forretress, Gligar, Granbull, Qwilfish, Shuckle, Sneasel, Piloswine, Octillery, Mantine, Skarmory, Stantler, Hitmontop, Pupitar

Here is my team that I got for Challenge Cup Ultra Ball.
Venomoth: SolarBeam, Sunny Day, Psybeam, Sludge Bomb (Poison Barb)
Tangela: Swagger, Headbutt, PoisonPowder, SolarBeam (Miracle Seed)
Magneton: Rain Dance, Swift, Protect, Thunder (Magnet)
Pupitar: Thrash, Screech, Dig, Sandstorm (Soft Sand)
Granbull: Tail Whip, Take Down, Scary Face, Thunder (Pink Bow)
Kingler: Stomp, Double Team, Surf, Harden (Mystic Water)

I did receive a good enough team to help through Challenge Cup Ultra Ball, Venomoth with that Sunny Day and SolarBeam combo is really good, and it has Sludge Bomb to poison opponents, I didn't find myself using Tangela that much because it doesn't have Sunny Day like Venomoth does. Magneton has Rain Dance and Thunder, and its Steel-type is very useful for resisting many types, not a fan of the Pupitar's moves, Dig instead of Earthquake, and no Rock-type move, but at least it is not Mud-Slap. Granbull has Tail Whip to low Defense, but I don't like Take Down for the Normal-type move, as I find that Strength or Headbutt are better Normal-type moves to have, and the Pink Bow to power up Take Down does help, Thunder isn't really going to help because even against Mantine which has a 4x weakness to Electric, Take Down is going to do more as Granbull has higher Attack than Special Attack, while Mantine has a high Special Defense stat. Kingler isn't the best as Water is a special type back then, but Surf with the Mystic Water can help against some of the Fire and Ground-types.
I will list each of the Trainers and what types they tend to specialize in.
Battle 1: Camper Marcus
Types: Fire x2 / Ground x3

Battle 2: Rocket Grunt ♂
Types: Poison x4

Battle 3: Picnicker Melissa
Types: Flying x5

Battle 4: Guitarist Darren
Types: Electric x2 / Grass x2

Battle 5: Fisherman Curtis
Types: Water x6

Battle 6: Medium Peggy
Types: Ghost x2 / Psychic x3

Battle 7: Rocket Grunt ♀
Types: Normal x6

Battle 8: Juggler Dwight
Types: Various

The Pokémon in Challenge Cup Ultra Ball are those with a base stat total from 400 to 500 and are mostly evolved Pokémon, like Noctowl, Vileplume, and Golbat, but there are some unevolved Pokémon like Ponyta as it has good stats for an unevolved Pokémon, and some single stage Pokémon like Skarmory, Tangela, and Murkrow.
The opponents are the same from Challenge Cup Poké Ball, the difference is their team selection, for example, Camper Marcus uses Ground and Fire-type Pokémon, but he can have one Pokémon of any type, Rocket Grunt will more likey have Haunter, Qwilfish, or Venomoth for possible Poison-type Pokémon. Camper Melissa has five Flying-type Pokémon and one of any type, and there are many Flying-types, like Jumpluff, Golbat, Mantine, Gligar, and many others with different types that she can use. Guitarist Darren uses Pokémon that can inflict paralysis, like Stun Spore and Thunder Wave, and his most likely Pokémon are Tangela, Lanturn, and Raichu out of the ones he can use. Fisherman Curtis uses Water-type Pokémon, and he can have Quagsire which is immune to Electric-type moves, and Qwilfish which takes neutral damage from Grass-type moves. Medium Peggy will always have Haunter and Misdreavus as they are the only two Ghost-types that can appear, while her Psychic-type of choice range from Mr. Mime, Girafarig, or Slowbro, she likes to use Swagger to confuse your Pokémon. The female Rocket Grunt in the 7th battle uses Normal-type Pokémon, but she can have some that are part Flying-type, like Pidgeot and Noctowl, and most Normal-types tend to have good HP, like Clefable, Wigglytuff, and Chansey. The last opponent is Juggler Dwight, and he uses Pokémon of various types, be prepared for what he has.
