Pokemon Soul Silver Randomizer Part 0 - Randomizer Rules

It's FireyRuby here with Part 0 of my Pokemon Soul Silver Randomizer Nuzlocke. This video will explain the rules I intend to follow throughout the playthrough. If there is any case that I break the rules, I will pay a penalty by releasing a Pokemon back into the wild.
Here are the rules for this walkthrough:
1) You can only capture the first Pokemon you encounter in each new route/area you explore
2) You must nickname each Pokemon. My theme for this playthrough are colours
3) Dupes Clause: If the first Pokemon or its evolution chain you encounter happens to be a Pokemon you already caught, it does not count. You have three tries before you lose your chance
4) Shiny Clause: Disregard the rules if you encounter one. If it happens to be the first Pokemon you encounter for the route/area,
you may use it for the Nuzlocke
5) If any Pokemon in your party faints, it must be released or put into a graveyard box. It is considered dead
6) You can not use gift Pokemon
7) If you need a Pokemon that knows a particular HM move to further progress the game and you don't have one that knows it in your party or your reserve box, you may use one that is from the graveyard box
