After that is Challenge Cup Great Ball, the Pokémon are at Level 45, and as I have went over in Round 1, Challenge Cup is my favourite out of the four cups due to how random the team you get, and sometimes you can get good moves or bad moves, for example, Chinchou can have Water Gun instead of Surf or Hydro Pump, or for an Electric-type move, you could end up with Spark instead of a better move like Thunderbolt, or you could get a combo move like Rain Dance and Thunder. I did read somewhere that Round 1 is based on the moves the Pokémon would have around that level, Chinchou can have Hydro Pump at that point, a better example would be Croconaw which doesn't get Hydro Pump till Level 55, but it can get Hydro Pump as an Egg Move to have it earlier.
List of Pokémon that can be used in Challenge Cup Great Ball.
Ivysaur, Wartortle, Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeotto, Pikachu, Nidorina, Nidorino, Clefairy, Gloom, Parasect, Meowth, Psyduck, Mankey, Growlithe, Poliwhirl, Abra, Machoke, Weepinbell, Tentacool, Graveler, Farfetch'd, Doduo, Gastly, Onix, Voltorb, Cubone, Lickitung, Koffing, Rhyhorn, Staryu, Eevee, Porygon, Omanyte, Kabuto, Bayleef, Croconaw, Ledian, Ariados, Chinchou, Togetic, Natu, Flaaffy, Azumarill, Skiploom, Aipom, Yanma, Wobbuffet, Dunsparce, Teddiursa, Magcargo, Corsola, Delibird, Houndour, Phanpy, Smoochum, Elekid, Magby

Here is my team that I got for Challenge Cup Great Ball.
Weepinbell: Mimic, Sludge Bomb, Growth, Mega Drain (Ice Berry)
Rhyhorn: Rollout, Double Team, Fury Attack, Magnitude (Soft Sand)
Clefairy: Flash, Mega Kick, Thunder Wave, Icy Wind (Scope Lens)
Growlithe: Reflect, Take Down, Dig, Flame Wheel (Burnt Berry)
Chinchou: Zap Cannon, Screech, Take Down, Hydro Pump (Mystic Water)
Machoke: Toxic, Earthquake, Mega Kick, Vital Throw (MiracleBerry)

I wouldn't say this is the best team that I got, to go over moves, Sludge Bomb is nice on Weepinbell, but having Mega Drain can be nice for healing, but it is not as good as Razor Leaf or Giga Drain, both Mega Drain and Mimic are Gen 1 moves for Weepinbell. Rhyhorn does have Rollout which is nice, but it can come at a downside if the CPU has a Water or Grass-type, and Magnitude isn't as reliable as Earthquake. Clefairy is there for a Normal-type, it has Thunder Wave to paralyze opponents, Icy Wind to lower Speed, and Mega Kick for a high power Normal-type move, then I have Growlithe, don't know why the Burnt Berry when using Flame Wheel can defrost the Pokémon. Chinchou has it worst, Zap Cannon for the Electric-type move, I hate dealing with the poor accuracy for that move, even Hydro Pump has better accuracy than Zap Cannon, and last up is Machoke, there to fight Normal-type Pokémon and many other types the Fighting-type is good against.
I will list each of the Trainers and what types they tend to specialize in.
Battle 1: Twins Jan & Jane
Types: Bug x4

Battle 2: Schoolboy Oliver
Types: Ground x2 / Rock x4

Battle 3: Sailor Curt
Types: Ice / Water x4

Battle 4: Swimmer♀ Darcy
Types: Normal x4

Battle 5: Officer Gerald
Types: Fire x3 / Grass x3

Battle 6: Kimono Girl Emiko
Types: Various

Battle 7: Scientist Roberto
Types: Dark, Ghost, Psychic x2

Battle 8: Gentleman Travis
Types: Various

Challenge Cup Great Ball has mostly Pokémon that are middle staged evolutions, like Machoke, Flaaffy, and Skiploom, there are some unevolved Pokémon, like Abra, Gastly, and Houndour, and some fully evolved Pokémon that have lower base stat totals, like Ledian, Magcargo, and Butterfree.
For opponents, the first battle has Bug-type Pokémon, and two of which can be other types. The second battle is themed around the sandstorm, and the Pokémon used are Ground and Rock-type Pokémon like Cubone, Magcargo, Onix, Corsola, and a few others. The third battle uses Water and Ice-type Pokémon, the Water-types range from Chinchou, Staryu, and Omanyte, while for Ice-types, he can have Delibird or Smoochum. The fourth battle makes use of Attract, and Normal-type Pokémon are used by the opponent, but some can be part Flying-type like Farfetch'd, Pidgeotto, and Togetic. Battle 5 is themed around the sun, with three Fire-types and three Grass-types, like Skiploom, Magcargo, Growlithe, and many others. The sixth battle uses a variety of Pokémon, best to be prepared for what the opponent has, the seventh battle uses Dark, Psychic, and Ghost-type, expect to fight Gastly, Houndour, and Wobbuffet on the team along with others like Natu or Abra, and the final battle also uses a variety of Pokémon, and is likely to be the ones to be prepared for depending on what Pokémon he has.
