Here is Cinnabar Gym, this time in Round 2, the Trainers add more to their strategy, and there are some that even add Pokémon outside of the type they specialize in to add more to the difficulty. The team I went with is Nidoking, Cloyster, Electrode, Jolteon, Articuno, and Zapdos, those are there to deal with Pokémon of different types.
I will list each Trainers, and the nicknames of the Pokémon, with the species name of the Pokémon in brackets.
Battle 1: Judoboy
Wak (Marowak): Focus Energy, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Hyper Beam
Prime (Primeape): Focus Energy, Hyper Beam, Take Down, Thrash
Cate (Raticate): Focus Energy, Double-Edge, Hyper Beam, Dig
Nido (Nidoking): Focus Energy, Take Down, Surf, Earthquake
Scy (Scyther): Focus Energy, Double-Edge, Wing Attack, Swift
Champ (Machamp): Focus Energy, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Hyper Beam

Battle 2: Nerd
Trodelect (Electrode): Explosion, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Screech
Gargen (Gengar): Explosion, Bide, Skull Bash, Confuse Ray
Lemgo (Golem): Explosion, Rock Slide, Fire Blast, Earthquake
Utorexegg (Exeggutor): Explosion, Hypnosis, Egg Bomb, Mega Drain
Umk (Muk): Explosion, Sludge, Mega Drain, Toxic
Tercloys (Cloyster): Explosion, Clamp, Surf, Ice Beam

Battle 3: Psychic
Broenza (Slowbro): Amnesia, Surf, Psychic, Earthquake
Zamenza (Alakazam): Psychic, Recover, Reflect, Hyper Beam
Wrathenza (Poliwrath): Psychic, Submission, Hypnosis, Surf
Mienza (Starmie): Hydro Pump, Swift, Thunderbolt, Hyper Beam
Jynenza (Jynx): Reflect, Ice Beam, Seismic Toss, Lovely Kiss
Tonenza (Magneton): Thunder Wave, Double Team, Supersonic, Thunderbolt

Battle 4: Blaine
Charizard: Slash, Flamethrower, Earthquake, Fly
Magmar: Confuse Ray, Psychic, Fire Punch, Body Slam
Rapidash: Toxic, Horn Drill, Stomp, Fire Spin
Chansey: Fire Blast, Minimize, Softboiled, Ice Beam
Tangela: Stun Spore, Mega Drain, Double Team, Rest
Parasect: Stun Spore, Slash, Mega Drain, Double Team

One difference in Round 2 is that you fight Nerd as the 2nd opponent and Psychic as the 3rd opponent, when in Round 1, it was the other way round where Psychic was the 2nd opponent and Nerd was the 3rd opponent. Judoboy does use some powerful attacks to combine with Focus Energy, like Double-Edge and Hyper Beam to get in some massive damage, Nerd specializes in Explosion, and he will never use that move when he is down to his last Pokémon, and Psychic as the Trainer class states, uses Psychic-type Pokémon, but he does have Poliwrath and Magneton to balance out the team.
Blaine uses three Fire-type Pokémon, but he does have two Grass-type Pokémon, and surprise, he is the 4th Gym Leader in Round 2 to use a Tangela, that Pokémon seems to be really popular with the Gym Leaders in Round 2. Both Tangela and Parasect have Stun Spore, Mega Drain, and Rest, they deal with the types Fire is weak to, like Water, Rock, and Ground, and Chansey does have a Fire-type move in Fire Blast, but going over his Fire-type Pokémon, Rapidash has Fire Spin and Horn Drill, Charizard has Earthquake to deal with Rock-type Pokémon, and Magmar can use Psychic as a move to handle Pokémon of different types.
