After going through the Galarian Star Tournament with 15 possible teammates, we then learn the two celebrity brothers Sordward and Shielbert are the sponsors of the Galarian Star Tournament, and they were the ones helping out Leon with setting up the tournament to make up for the troubles they caused to everyone in Galar.
Despite the help they gave Leon, they would always lose in the first round, so these are the two mystery participants, I guess the reason why they lost in round 1 is so they keep the mystery a surprise.
Then I will go over who they can have for their possible teammates.
Sordward: Shielbert, Marnie
Shielbert: Sordward, Bede

Next is their teams, and both of them lead with Sirfetch'd, with a lack of variety, there is no surprise why these weirdos lost in the first round, and Shielbert has two Steel-type Pokémon, while Sordward has a Pokémon that has a 4x weakness to Fighting and a Pokémon with an Ability that hinders it, and they are lower levelled than most of the Trainers in the Galarian Star Tournament, but anyway, time to go over their teams.
Sordward's team:
Sirfetch'd: Leaf Blade, Slam, Meteor Assault, Swords Dance
Golisopod: First Impression, Liquidation, Sucker Punch, X-Scissor
Bisharp: Iron Head, Night Slash, Swords Dance, Stone Edge

Sordward's team are Pokémon with a good Attack stat, and Sirfetch'd's Meteor Assault can hurt after a Swords Dance. Golisopod has First Impression, and Bisharp has Swords Dance, Iron Head, and Night Slash for some powerful moves, and by the way, neither Sordward or Shielbert can Dynamax their Pokémon, I guess it's because they don't have Dynamax Bands, because the game doesn't tell you they can Dynamax, but then again Piers, despite once being a Gym Leader, never Dynamaxes his Pokémon.

Shielbert's team:
Sirfetch'd: Leaf Blade, Slam, Meteor Assault, Iron Defense
Bronzong: Light Screen, Extrasensory, Gyro Ball, Hypnosis
Klinklang: Gear Grind, Shift Gear, Protect, Wild Charge

The difference with Shielbert is some of his Pokémon are known for having defensive moves, Sirfetch'd has Iron Defense instead of Swords Dance, Bronzong has Light Screen and Hypnosis, and Klinklang can use Shift Gear to sharply boost its Speed and give it an Attack boost. I personally find both Sordward and Shielbert to be the weakest out of the possible teammates you can pick, because their teams are at Level 65, while most of the others have teams at around Level 70, and both Leon and Mustard have Pokémon at Level 80.
That is all of Galarian Star Tournament, it is a good place to train up Pokémon and get a ton of money after participating. There are some special events which I might not show off, one of which is random, in that scene, you can find Oleana at the Old Cemetery at night, but I have not had any luck with finding her there.
