The last three possible teammates for the Galarian Star Tournament, and as they are characters you encounter in the DLC, I decided to use my Isle of Armor team for this one, as this was the only one out of the DLC where I used a different team. I did originally consider using a different team for the Crown Tundra, but when I saw there were Level 70 Pokémon there, I ended up using some Pokémon from my main team and the Isle of Armor, and only one Pokémon was from the Crown Tundra.
For DLC teammates, you can pick Klara or Avery depending on your game, Mustard, and Peony, and here are their possible teammates.
Klara: Marnie, Bede, Gordie, Mustard
Avery: Marnie, Bede, Melony, Mustard
Mustard: Leon, Opal, Bea, Allister, Klara, Avery, Peony
Peony: Kabu, Leon, Mustard

One interesting thing about Klara or Avery is that after the Galarian Star Tournament, you can battle them at the Isle of Armor, and there is a new team member on their team, time to go over the teams.
Klara's team:
Slowking: Scald, Eerie Spell, Power Gem, Blizzard
Scolipede: Smart Strike, Poison Jab, Megahorn, Protect
Slowbro: Scald, Shell Side Arm, Focus Blast, Psychic

There is a new team member on Klara's team, and it is Galarian Slowking, it has Curious Medicine, so if you try to Intimidate her team, Slowking's Ability will remove the stat modification. Klara will Dynamax her Galarian Slowbro, and it can use Max Ooze and Max Mindstorm to respectively boost Special Attack and activate Psychic Terrain, and her Slowbro has Quick Draw.

Avery's team:
Slowbro: Scald, Shell Side Arm, Focus Blast, Psychic
Alakazam: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Tri Attack, Reflect
Slowking: Scald, Eerie Spell, Power Gem, Blizzard

The difference is while Klara will Dynamax her Slowbro, Avery will Dynamax his Slowking, this is also the case if you rematch them at the Isle of Armor. Avery's team of Psychic-type Pokémon have some powerful moves, his Alakazam has Reflect to help out against Physical attackers.

Mustard's team:
Mienshao: Fake Out, U-turn, Blaze Kick, Close Combat
Kommo-o: Clanging Scales, Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon, Clangerous Soul
Urshifu: Surging Strikes/Wicked Blow, Close Combat, Poison Jab, Iron Head

Mustard is a very powerful Fighting-type trainer, and as he was a Champion in the past, his team is higher levelled than most of the Trainers you team up with, and his Urshifu's form is based on which tower you completed at the Isle of Armor, if you completed the Tower of Darkness, his Urshifu will be in its Rapid Strike Style, which has Surging Strikes, and it becomes G-Max Rapid Flow when Gigantamaxed. If you completed the Tower of Waters, his Urshifu will be in its Single Strike Style, which has Wicked Blow, and it becomes G-Max One Blow when Gigantamaxed, both these moves are powerful and ignore Max Guard. For his other team members, Mienshao has Fake Out to start off, and it has high Speed and get in some damage with Close Combat, and his Kommo-o has Clangerous Soul to boost all its stats at the cost of 1/3 of its maximum HP.

Peony's team:
Perrserker: U-turn, Iron Head, Seed Bomb, Throat Chop
Aggron: Crunch, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Body Press
Copperajah: Heavy Slam, Play Rough, High Horsepower, Superpower

Like his brother Chairman Rose, Peony is a Steel-type specialist, and was once a Steel-type Gym Leader in Galar, and he left when Rose became the Chairman of the Pokémon League. Much like Rose, Peony's signature Pokémon is Copperajah, and he will Gigantamax it when it is his turn to Dynamax, and Copperajah's Steel-type moves become G-Max Steelsurge, which activate a unique entry hazard that is like a Steel-type Stealth Rock, a Pokémon weak to Steel will take a lot of damage by switching in. His Aggron is very defensive, and with Body Press, it can get in some high damage on opponents.
