We check out the Dojo on the Isle of Armor, which is run by Mustard, the Dojo Master and was once the mentor of Champion Leon. We get tested by Mustard in a battle to prove if we are worthy enough to become a student at the Dojo.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I didn't even realise that I had not picked up the Lucky Egg back at Hulbury, despite completing that quest. If you talk to the Hiker by the bridge, he will give you a reward for how many Alolan Diglett you have found throughout the Isle of Armor, and there are 151 Alolan Diglett in total. He will give you some Alola Forms of different Pokémon, like Vulpix, Raichu, Meowth, and a few others, and he will even give you a Kantonian Slowpoke, it will be holding the King's Rock, so you can evolve it into Slowking when traded. They will all have their Hidden Abilities, so this can be good for Hidden Ability collectors, but some of which are better on some of the Pokémon themselves.
I do prove that you can find Lopunny in the wild, and even if I didn't recommend Buneary in the previous part, it's not worth your time evolving one, because Buneary starts at zero friendship, while catching a Lopunny would be easier on your time.
I looked on Serebii.net's Pokéarth, and in Intense Sun, you can find Fomantis in Fields of Honor, but from experience, I have found Fomantis in another area. It is a slow Grass-type with good Physical attack, it evolves into Lurantis during the daytime and can learn some nice moves like Leaf Blade, Night Slash, and a few others, it's a decent option for a Grass-type.
Another Pokémon you can find in overcast weather is the Dark-type Zorua, its Ability is Illusion, so Zorua will take on the form of the last Pokémon in your party, and if it takes damage, it will revert back to Zorua. It evolves into Zoroark, one of my favourite Pokémon from Gen 5, and my favourite Dark-type Pokémon. Zoroark is one of few Pokémon to learn the move Night Daze, and it does get some good moves like Night Slash, Dark Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Flamethrower, and a few others, it has good Speed and offensive stats, so Zoroark is not a bad Pokémon to fit into your team.
Marill can be found in rainy weather, and I recommend getting one with Huge Power, because once it evolves into Azumarill, it will have a high Attack stat, but then again it's mainly due to Huge Power. It can get moves like Waterfall and Play Rough, so it's a decent option to consider if you can get the right Ability.
Luxio can be found in Thunderstorms, and I recommend Intimidate. Its evolved form Luxray can learn the Elemental Fangs, and it can use moves like Crunch and Wild Charge, so it's a good Electric-type to add to your team.
For other weather, you can find Wigglytuff and Kadabra in the overworld, and you can find Fletchinder in sunny weather, but I will go over Fletchinder in the next part.
When you arrive at the Master Dojo, you will meet up with a woman named Honey, she is Mustard's wife, and she said something about an odd Ducklett, and what makes that line very ironic is that Ducklett isn't even included in the Isle of Armor update.
Then we enter the Dojo and challenge Mustard to a battle to see if I am capable of becoming one of his students. He will use Mienfoo and Shinx in that fight, his Mienfoo has Fake Out and U-turn, and his Shinx knows Bite and Spark. He shouldn't be too difficult of an opponent, but we are just starting out on the Isle of Armor.
Another thing is that I will be using Pokémon from the Isle of Armor in this playthrough, so my main team that I used in the Sword & Shield Playthrough will be in the PC, so I will be using some new additions to the Isle of Armor, so that way I can have some sort of challenge during the adventure.
You can find TRs around the Isle of Armor, and as it is a Wild Area, you can do Max Raid Battles throughout different parts of the island, and the nice thing about the Chansey you find in the Isle of Armor is that if you can defeat one in battle, it will give you a ton of experience, but Chansey are quite rare in the wild.
In the Dojo, you can talk to Hyde, Mustard's son, and he has a robotic Cramorant-like thing called the Cram-o-Matic, if you put in four different items, you can gain a new item from the machine, and if you put in some Apricorns, you can get a rare Poké Ball, like a Lure Ball, Fast Ball, or any of that sort.
You can find Apricorns by shaking the trees, it is good to collect as many as you can, so that way you can get some rare Poké Balls from the Cram-o-Matic. You can encounter Skwovet or Applin in the shaking trees.
