The next place is Training Lowlands, and there are some tough Pokémon that can be found there, and this does lead up to Warm-Up Tunnel, which is one of the few places where Max Mushrooms can appear. As Training Lowlands is a large area, it will take a bit of exploring to see which Pokémon are around there.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Training Lowlands has a bunch of new encounters, and most of which are Normal and Bug-type Pokémon, we will start this off with Lillipup, Gen 5's early game Normal-type. You can also its evolved forms Herdier and Stoutland as overworld encounters depending on the weather. I recommend Vital Spirit on Lillipup, as that turns into Intimidate when it evolves. Stoutland can learn the Elemental Fangs and Crunch, and it is a decent Normal-type to add to your team.
Then we have Tauros, formerly known as "The King of Competitive Battling", well it no longer has that title anymore, Tauros has good Attack and Speed, and can also get Intimidate for its Ability. It can use moves like Double-Edge and Earthquake for good Physical attacks, so it's not too bad of a Pokémon.
Then for Tauros's counterpart, Miltank is a bulky Normal-type, and it can have Play Rough and High Horsepower for level up moves. It is the only Pokémon in this game to learn the move Milk Drink, that will restore Miltank's HP, and it can use Body Slam to paralyze its opponents. If you get one with Scrappy, Miltank will be able to damage Ghost-types with its Normal-type moves.
Then we have Scyther, a speedy Bug/Flying-type, and I recommend getting one with Technician, because when traded while holding a Metal Coat, it will evolve into Scizor. Scizor has great Attack, and it can learn Bullet Punch, one of its best moves. Unfortunately, Scizor cannot learn Bug Bite in this game, as it is a move that it can only learn in previous games. If you don't have a way to trade, Scyther is still a good Pokémon, because it actually has higher Speed than Scizor, and it is a good user of the Eviolite, but you can find Scizor in the overworld during a sandstorm.
In rainy weather, you can encounter Shinx, but I already went over it, because you can find Luxio and Luxray in previous areas in rainy weather, but it's there if you want to catch one.
Magneton can be found in thunderstorms, and it can evolve into Magnezone with the use of a Thunder Stone. It has great Special Attack, and an excellent type combination of Electric/Steel, so Thunderbolt and Flash Cannon will be its main moves, Magnezone's movepool is very limited, but it's a good option for an Electric-type.
Only in sandstorm, you can encounter the Steel/Flying-type Skarmory, while it was a top-tier defensive wall back in the day, Skarmory's Attack stat is decent enough, as it can use moves like Iron Head and Brave Bird for decent damage, and you can teach it Swords Dance to boost its Attack stat. Roost is another good move for a healing option, if you are looking for a defensive Pokémon to add to your team, Skarmory is a good option to consider.
Kangaskhan can also be found in Training Highlands, but it can be encountered rarely in the Warm-Up Tunnel. While it is a solid Normal-type, Kangaskhan no longer has what made it really good, and that was Mega Evolution, because Mega Kangaskhan was a beast in the competitive scene, even in VGC Tournaments. Aside from that, Kangaskhan has good stats all-around except for Special Attack, so it can worth considering, although Tauros, Miltank, and Stoutland outclass Kangaskhan.
While you can find Sandshrew and Cubone in Warm-Up Tunnel, I did go over Sandslash back at Forest of Focus, but here's Sandshrew if you want to catch one of these, and you can pick up a Thick Club, so you don't have to go your way of using Thief on every Cubone you find to get one.
Outside the cave is the Digging Pa, he is the father of the Digging Duo back in the Wild Area, and he can dig up Watts, but it costs Armorite Ore, so prepare to stock up on some Armorite Ore, and it is a good way to grind Watts.
There is an NPC which will trade your Galarian Forms with their normal forms, here are the following Pokémon she can trade with you:
Meowth, Ponyta, Farfetch'd, Weezing, Mr. Mime, Corsola, Zigzagoon, Darumaka, Stunfisk
When you approach the Max Mushrooms, you will be challenged by Klara or Avery depending on your game. Klara has Slowpoke, Koffing, and Whirlipede, while Avery has Slowpoke, Woobat, and Kadabra. They shouldn't be too difficult, and one thing I forgot to mention is that Avery has a different battle theme to Klara. After defeating Klara or Avery, you can pick up the Max Mushrooms and go back to the Dojo and try out the Max Soup, which will give you the Ability to turn a Pokémon's Dynamax into Gigantamax if they are capable of doing so.
