It is time for our first of three trials, we have to chase down Mustard's speedy Slowpoke, they have ended up in Soothing Wetlands, and these Slowpoke are trained to be very fast, so we must try and defeat them in battle, this shouldn't be too difficult of a trial.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I show that with the Style Card, you can unlock more customisation options, and there are outfits and hairstyles based on different characters from the game, like Marnie, Chairman Rose, and many other characters.
The next place is Soothing Wetlands, and you have to defeat three Slowpoke, you cannot capture them, and they will have +6 Speed, but these Slowpoke can use Psych Up to remove their Speed buffs. They shouldn't be too difficult to take down.
It's time to go over the encounters, and to start things off is Dunsparce, it is an unfortunate case, despite having Serene Grace and a wide variety of moves, its stats are not that great, Dunsparce is in need of an evolution, they could of had Galarian Dunsparce and it would have an evolution, but it is a missed opportunity.
Next is Lickitung, which can be retaught Rollout in order to evolve into Lickilicky. It has good HP and well rounded stats except for Speed, and can learn a wide variety of moves. It can use Belly Drum, but Snorlax outclasses Lickilicky in that way, but at least Lickilicky can learn Power Whip, it's not a bad Pokémon to consider.
Another Pokémon that can be found there is Bouffalant, this Pokémon has great Attack, and it is the only Pokémon to learn the move Head Charge, which is basically Double-Edge, but as a signature move for Bouffalant, and with Reckless, it can deal huge damage. It's a good Normal-type, as it can learn Megahorn, Throat Chop, and Wild Charge for good coverage options.
For other overworld encounters, but you can find a bunch of Chewtle and Wooper, along with their evolved forms, and you can find Goomy in rainy weather, but it is not a new addition, as Goomy was available in the base game. To evolve Sliggoo into Goodra, it needs to level up when it is raining in the overworld, so you cannot use Rain Dance to attempt to evolve, but it is a great Pokémon, Goodra has excellent Special Defense and very well rounded stats. You can find Luxray in Thunderstorms in the overworld.
You can find Fletchinder and Talonflame in the overworld, and you can find Fletchling in different parts of the Isle of Armor, but I will go over them anyway. Fletchinder is a Fire/Flying-type, and it can get some nice moves like Aerial Ace, Flame Charge, and Steel Wing, and for its final form Talonflame, it can relearn Flare Blitz. While it has high Speed, Talonflame's Attack stat is somewhat above average, despite being a top-tier competitive Pokémon, well it was mainly due to Gale Wings, its Hidden Ability which gave Talonflame priority with Flying-type moves, and then it got nerfed in Gen 7 where Gale Wings would only activate if Talonflame was at full health. It does not get Brave Bird until Level 83, so unless you want to waste a TR on it, Acrobatics is as best as you can get for it, and Talonflame is not a bad Pokémon to add to your team for the Isle of Armor.
Also from my experience, I have encountered Lilligant as an overworld encounter here, this Pokémon has good Special Attack and decent Speed, and it can learn the move Quiver Dance, and it is a good user of Petal Dance thanks to its Own Tempo Ability. Lilligant's movepool is very limited, while Petal Dance and Quiver Dance are all it needs, Pollen Puff is the best it could get for coverage, but otherwise it is a decent option.
In rainy weather, you can find Poliwhirl and Politoed, it has good Special Attack, and a decent choice for a Water-type. Otherwise, you will need to trade Poliwhirl with the King's Rock to get Politoed. You can also find Azumarill and Blissey in the overworld.
After defeating all of the Slowpoke and recovering the Dojo outfit for Klara, or Avery, you can return back to the Dojo, and Honey will appear with a Bulbasaur and Squirtle, and you can pick whichever one you want.
The good thing about these two is what when fully evolved into Venusaur and Blastoise, they can Gigantamax. I believe this was how Leon got his Charmander, because his signature Pokémon is a Charizard that can Gigantamax. You then learn about Max Soup, which will change a Pokémon's Dynamax to Gigantamax, but it only works for certain species, and one ingredient you need is some Max Mushrooms, which we will need to collect for our next task.
As for the Gigantamax forms, Venusaur's Grass-type moves become G-Max Vine Lash, which continues to deal damage to non-Grass-types for four turns, and Blastoise's Water-type moves become G-Max Cannonade, which has the same effect, but non-Water-types take damage for four turns, these moves have the same effects as Charizard's G-Max Wildfire.
