I used: Pangoro, Coalossal, and Trevenant
My Opponent used: Ferrothorn, Kommo-o, and Umbreon
Stadium: Battle Tower
Battle BGM: In the Fog

Even though my opponent does have all three of the Kanto Starter Pokémon, he doesn't use either of them, but he does have some good defensive Pokémon in both Ferrothorn and Umbreon, and it was good to see him using Kommo-o, as I don't tend to come across this Pokémon very often in online battles.
The team I use in this battle is an interesting one, most of them are Pokémon that I have yet to use in my online battles in this game, but I have trained up Pokémon of those species before in a previous generation. In this battle, my Pangoro had Mold Breaker instead of Iron Fist, and my Coalossal had Flame Body instead of Steam Engine. I know that Scrappy on Pangoro can be good, but it's not even that necessary to have, while it does allow Fighting-type moves to hit Ghost-type Pokémon, Pangoro is also a Dark-type Pokémon, and it can already deal super effective damage to Ghost-type Pokémon with its Dark-type moves.
I went with a Choice Scarf set on Pangoro, if only it didn't have like base 58 Speed, it would be decent in the mid 70s, so that way she can outspeed certain Pokémon with a Choice Scarf. I have used a Pangoro back in X & Y, so I decided to try out one in this game, I went with Drain Punch over Close Combat so that she had a Fighting-type move that worked well with Iron Fist, but it wasn't till this battle that I realized that Pangoro still had Mold Breaker, and that I had forgotten to use an Ability Capsule to change it to Iron Fist. She has Thunder Punch for type coverage, Bullet Punch for priority, and Darkest Lariat for a good Dark-type move, Pangoro could have been a good Pokémon in battle if it wasn't for the fact it was introduced in the same generation the Fairy-type was introduced, and its type giving it a 4x weakness to Fairy moves.
Trevenant was a Pokémon that I really liked using back in X & Y, and it had a special place in me, because I received the Trevenant from X & Y through a Wonder Trade, and it had 31 IVs in all 6 stats, and this was before Pokémon Bank was released, and before hacked Pokémon took over, and the set I used was Phantom Force, Horn Leech, Will-O-Wisp, and Leech Seed, and I would give him a Sitrus Berry to work well with Harvest. This Trevenant is in a Safari Ball, which would not have been possible in Pokémon X & Y, and he has Protect instead of Will-O-Wisp, and Poltergeist instead of Phantom Force. The main use for Trevenant is to use Leech Seed and Protect to restore a bit of HP, and after the use of Sitrus Berry, there is a 50% chance that Harvest can restore Trevenant's held berry, and another bit of trivia that I didn't even know about until very recently, if you have a Pokémon with Harvest at the front of your team, it will increase the odds of encountering Grass-type Pokémon in the wild, so it's like Lightning Rod for Electric-type Pokémon, and Magnet Pull for Steel-type Pokémon.
I have used Coalossal in a Double Battle team, but this is a different one for Single Battles, and I decided to make him a Physical Attacker, because most Coalossal sets use Special Attacks, and the most popular is the Power Herb with Meteor Beam, but this one has Tar Shot to reduce the target's Speed and make them weak to Fire-type moves, and then get in some huge damage with Flare Blitz. Coalossal can Gigantamax, and I find that to be better because of G-Max Volcalith, as the damage to the opponent at the end of each turn can be very helpful for most of the fight, and he has Earthquake for Max Quake, so that can help give Coalossal a good boost in Special Defense.
